NOTICE OF OPEN BID FOR 2027-2029 RIGHT OF WAY MAINTENANCE CONTRACT

Tideland EMC, in accordance with RUS regulations, has opened the bid process for the Right of Way
Maintenance contract for a three‐year term effective January 1, 2027. RUS requires that we competitively
bid as much of our work as possible. This contract will be for lump sum rates per calendar years 2027‐2029,
along with an hourly rate for labor and equipment.
Prospective bidders are invited to participate in this process and submit a proposal and sealed bid for the
work. The completed bid packages are to be returned to Tideland’s corporate office on or before October 23, 2026, at 12 noon to 25831 US Hwy 264 E, Pantego, NC 27860.
Interested bidders should submit a request of your intent to bid to Adam Fyle, Manager of Operations at adamfyle@tidelandemc.com or contact him by phone at 252‐943‐3046. Mr. Fyle will provide all necessary documents and a list of specifications needed for the completed bid packet.

Tideland EMC, in accordance with RUS regulations, has opened the bid process for the Unit Price Construction Contract for a three‐year term effective January 1, 2027. RUS requires that we competitively bid as much of our work as possible. This contract will be unit rates per calendar years 2027‐2029, along with an hourly rate for labor and equipment.

Prospective bidders are invited to participate in this process and submit a proposal and sealed bid for the
work. The completed bid packages are to be returned to Tideland’s corporate office on or before October 2nd, 2026, at 12 noon to 25831 US Hwy 264 E, Pantego, NC 27860.
