Due to flooding as a result of Hurricane Dorian, Tideland's Ocracoke office was damaged and is in the process of being repaired. The office is now open on a limited basis depending upon repair contractor schedules. Members may phone 800.637.1079 to speak with a service representative or 800.882.1001 to make payments and report outages. Members may also access the online member portal from our home page.
